1. Introduction

Welcome to pak98, an English-language online gaming information and entertainment platform operated at pak98.cam and developed for the Pakistan market. These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "the Terms", "these Terms" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and pak98 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform", "the Operator").

By accessing pak98.cam, creating an account, depositing funds or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms in their entirety and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

To create and maintain a pak98 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the laws of your jurisdiction. Registration by persons under the applicable minimum age is strictly prohibited. pak98 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
• Legal capacity: You must be of full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• Jurisdiction: You must not be resident in, or accessing the Platform from, a Restricted Jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for verifying whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your location.
• Personal use: Your account must be registered and used solely for your own personal entertainment. Use on behalf of a third party is prohibited.
• Single account: You may hold only one active account on pak98. If you already hold an account, you must not register a second one.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to a voluntary or enforced self-exclusion arrangement with pak98 or another gaming operator in a context where such exclusion is recognised by the Operator.

4. Account Registration & Security

4.1 Registration Process

To register, you must provide accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, a valid email address, date of birth and any other fields required during the registration flow. You must not provide false or misleading information at any point. pak98 may reject any application without providing a reason.

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. You must notify pak98 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

pak98 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

4.3 Account Information Updates

You are responsible for keeping your account information current and accurate. Material changes — including changes to your email address, country of residence or payment methods — must be reported to pak98 support promptly.

5. Deposits & Payments

pak98 displays account balances and transaction amounts in PKR (Pakistani Rupee) for users in Pakistan. The platform references familiar Pakistani payment channels including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah for contextual familiarity. Cryptocurrency options including BTC, ETH and USDT are also referenced on the platform.

Additional deposit terms include:

• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
• Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the point of deposit. Illustrative minimum deposits referenced on the platform (e.g., PKR 1,000) are examples only — actual minimums are confirmed within the platform.
• pak98 does not charge a fee for standard deposits; however, payment providers may apply their own charges, which are the user's responsibility.
• Deposits are processed at the current exchange rate applicable at the time of transaction for non-PKR deposits.
• pak98 reserves the right to limit, suspend or reverse deposits under anti-money laundering (AML) obligations or where fraud is suspected.

6. Withdrawals & KYC

6.1 Withdrawal Requirements

Withdrawals from your pak98 account are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. This includes submission of valid government-issued photo identification, proof of address and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name and, where possible, to the same method used for the corresponding deposit.
• Bonus credit and any winnings derived solely from bonus credit are not eligible for withdrawal until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed at the point of withdrawal.
• pak98 aims to process approved withdrawals within the timeframe stated in the platform at the time of request. Processing times may vary depending on payment method and KYC status.

6.2 KYC Process

pak98 is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations. You consent to this process upon registration. KYC may be initiated at any stage, including prior to a first withdrawal. Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC will result in suspension of withdrawal rights until verification is complete.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

pak98 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, sports promotions (including cricket and PSL-related offers), loyalty rewards and other promotional incentives. All promotional figures cited on the platform — including welcome offer amounts, cricket weekend specials and referral rewards — are illustrative examples unless explicitly confirmed as live promotions.

All bonuses are subject to the following general terms. Specific promotion terms may apply in addition:

• Wagering requirement: A rollover (e.g., 20× to 35× the bonus amount, as stated per promotion) must be completed using bonus credit before winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated on each promotion page.
• Minimum deposit: A minimum qualifying deposit is required to activate a bonus (illustrative example: PKR 1,000). The actual minimum is stated per promotion.
• Expiry: Bonuses expire within the time period stated on the promotion page (illustrative examples: 7 days, 14 days). Unused bonus credit is forfeited upon expiry.
• Game eligibility: Not all games contribute equally to rollover. Contribution rates are listed on the promotion page. Some games may be excluded entirely.
• One bonus at a time: Users may not hold multiple active bonuses simultaneously unless explicitly permitted by the promotion terms.
• Abuse: pak98 reserves the right to void bonuses and close accounts where bonus abuse, collusion or fraudulent behaviour is detected.

8. Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all wagers and gaming sessions on pak98. Specific sport-by-sport rules, in-play betting rules, and casino game rules are published within the relevant sections of the Platform.

• All bets are final once confirmed. pak98 does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed wagers except where expressly provided for in sport-specific rules.
• Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds shown at the moment of confirmation are the odds applied to your wager.
• In the event of a technical error affecting odds calculation or game outcomes, pak98 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the user's account.
• For cricket markets (including Pakistan cricket, PSL T20 fixtures, ICC World Cup events and bilateral series), sport-specific rules including abandonment, rain interruption and DLS adjustments apply. These rules are published in the sports betting section of the Platform.
• Live (in-play) betting odds are subject to rapid change. pak98 is not liable for network latency, connection failures or delays that affect a user's ability to place or confirm in-play bets.
• Casino games using RNG (Random Number Generator) technology are governed by the published RTP (Return to Player) percentages for each game. RNG outcomes are not influenced by the Platform.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per event, market and game type. These are displayed at the point of wagering.

9. Responsible Gambling

pak98 is committed to providing a responsible gambling environment. The Platform offers the following tools accessible from within your account settings:

• Deposit limits: Daily, weekly and monthly deposit caps that restrict the amount you can fund your account within the selected period.
• Loss limits: Maximum loss thresholds within defined time periods, after which additional wagers are restricted until the limit resets or is adjusted.
• Session time limits: Reminders and hard limits on the duration of a gaming session.
• Self-exclusion: Temporary exclusion (minimum 24 hours, extendable to 6 months) or permanent self-exclusion from the platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe and marketing communications are ceased immediately upon request.
• Reality checks: Periodic in-session notifications displaying total session time and net wins or losses.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pak98. Breach of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or at any later stage, including during KYC.
• Opening or operating more than one account for the purposes of claiming multiple bonuses, circumventing restrictions or any other reason.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or other artificial means to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds or pricing, or any other technical fault to gain an unfair advantage. Wins arising from such exploitation are void.
• Engaging in match-fixing, corruption, insider-information betting or any form of sports manipulation.
• Collusion with other users or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in casino games or betting markets.
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any transaction that is illegal under applicable law.
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction.
• Allowing or facilitating the use of your account by any third party, including a minor.
• Using chargebacks or payment reversals to recover deposited funds after they have been wagered.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the pak98 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software — is the property of pak98 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, commercially exploit or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without prior written consent from pak98.

The pak98 name, logo and all associated branding elements are proprietary marks of the Operator. Unauthorised use of these marks is prohibited.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pak98, its officers, directors, employees and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds arising from gambling activity conducted on the Platform, including but not limited to wagering losses, bonus forfeiture or balance adjustments following a terms investigation.
• Interruptions, delays, errors or unavailability of the Platform due to technical failure, maintenance or circumstances outside our control.
• The accuracy, completeness or timeliness of any odds, game results or sporting event information displayed on the Platform.
• Any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Any indirect, special, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit pak98's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

13. Privacy & Data

Your use of pak98 is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions. The Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, how we protect it and your rights in relation to it.

By registering on pak98 you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes data collected during registration, KYC, transaction processing, gameplay and customer support interactions.

pak98 does not sell user data to third-party marketers. Data may be shared with licensed KYC and payment processing providers as necessary to operate the Platform and meet legal obligations.

14. Account Termination

14.1 Termination by the User

You may request the closure of your pak98 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before your account is closed, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via a verified withdrawal method, provided KYC is complete and no investigations are ongoing.

14.2 Termination by pak98

pak98 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to where:

• These Terms or any applicable law have been breached;
• The account is found to belong to a person under the minimum eligible age;
• Fraudulent, abusive or prohibited conduct is detected or suspected;
• The user is identified as being in a Restricted Jurisdiction;
• KYC documentation provided is found to be false or insufficient;
• The user is identified as having a self-exclusion arrangement in place that should apply to pak98.

Where an account is closed by pak98 due to terms breach, any bonus credit and associated winnings may be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned subject to AML checks and investigation outcomes.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which pak98 holds its operational license, where applicable. Users agree that any dispute arising from these Terms or their use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant licensing authority's dispute resolution process, followed by the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

Before initiating formal proceedings, users are encouraged to raise any dispute with pak98's customer support team in the first instance. pak98 will endeavour to resolve complaints within a reasonable timeframe. If the matter is not resolved to your satisfaction, escalation routes available through the licensing authority (where applicable) may be pursued.

pak98 does not represent that these Terms are enforceable, or that access to the Platform is lawful, under Pakistani domestic law. Pakistani users access the Platform at their own legal risk.
